- up to 10 years – for personal data processed for the purpose of establishing, asserting or defending claims, but not longer than provided for by applicable law;
- 1 year – for personal data collected in connection with the submission of a commercial offer, if there is no immediate conclusion of a contract;
- 5 years – for personal data related to the fulfilment of obligations under tax legislation, for example, storage of invoices, receipts, etc;
- until the consent is withdrawn or the purpose of processing is achieved, but not longer than 2 years – for personal data processed on the basis of consent;
- until an effective objection is made or the purpose of the processing has been achieved, but not longer than 2 years – for personal data processed on the basis of the Controller's legitimate interest or for marketing purposes.
All individuals have the right to have their personal data erased (forgotten). If you exercise this right, we will consider such situations on an individual basis. We have the right to refuse to delete personal data if it is necessary to store such data in accordance with the law and in order to protect legitimate interests in accordance with applicable law.

e. portability of personal data; under certain conditions, data subjects have the right to receive the personal data processed by MFK-TREYD LTD in a structured, commonly used, machine-readable format.
f. objection; under certain circumstances, data subjects have the right to object at any time to the processing of personal data to a supervisory authority, on grounds relating to their particular situation, and MFK-TREYD LTD may be obliged to cease processing such personal data.
MFK-TREYD LTD does not carry out automated decision-making, including based on profiling.
